We will not be able to amend your booking once it has been placed. Depending on how busy we are we may be able to change your booking but we cannot promise.
We ask you to book with us over the phone, where we will take 50% payment from you as a holding fee for your suite. This is non-refundable. Then the remaining 50% will be taken when you drop off your cat/s.
All the cats in our care get a generous amount of time with our team one-to-one. Our exclusive facility means we can give all the cats in our care more fuss, play and grooming time than other catteries, so your cat will never be lonely at Hilltop Boutique.
We are happy to house cats in the same suite if they get along and would not like to be apart from each other. Daily rates are supplemented when two cats share accommodations.
The answer is yes. We require cats in our care to be fully up to date with their anti-flea and worm treatment, even if they are indoor cats, to prevent any risk of infestation. Please ensure your cat is treated before they check-in.
Our rates are all you should expect to pay for your cat’s time at Hilltop Boutique Cattery, however there are rare instances where you may be charged more. If we discover your cat has fleas or worms, you will be charged for their treatment, while if your cat falls ill, we may have to charge you if they need to see a vet. You will also be charged if you are late to collect your cat and they have to stay longer with us.
We cannot reserve suites without taking payment of a holding fee. Our exclusive suites are limited in number and are available on a first come, first served basis.
We are very happy to administer oral medication, creams and drops to your cat if required. Please bring a full supply to cover their stay and your vet’s details. We unfortunately cannot administer injections.
We welcome all our cat parents to stop by and say hello before booking. Our cattery is spacious and designed with owners in mind, with plenty of opportunity to observe the pets in our care in comfort with a drink in a relaxed setting. Out of hours visits can be arranged if advanced notice is given and agreed by the team.
Yes. Kittens are the same daily rate as adult cats.
Some cats are very particular about their food, and if your cat is unlikely to enjoy the cat food brands we stock at Hilltop Boutique Cattery then we recommend you bring enough of your cat’s usual food and treats when they check-in to ensure they are well nourished while you are apart.
No, our accommodation rates per suite are supplemented if more than one cat is in residence.
Special requests are gladly accommodated by the Hilltop Boutique team, who understand that every cat is unique.
Yes! We are delighted to welcome all cats, as long as they come with a full medical history, vaccination cards, any special nutrition and are flea and worm-treated and are neutered. Big or small, young or old, pedigree or moggy, fighting fit or a little battle-worn, every cat will be treated like a king or queen while they are with us.
